The design of ventilation system is very important in the process of decoration of intravenous drug allocation center, because it not only affects the air cleanliness of the allocation room, but also affects the air pressure difference. Therefore, when decorating intravenous drug allocation center, we should pay more attention to the construction of ventilation system.
According to the requirement of Quality Control Standard for Concentrated Intravenous Drug Dispension, fresh air should be continuously fed into the clean area and positive pressure difference should be maintained. The negative pressure difference between the clean area for intravenous drug dispensing of antibiotics and harmful drugs and the second dressing room should be 5-10 Pa.
The pressure difference (clean area versus non-clean area) of this project is designed as follows:
Tumor drug allocation (>+12Pa), antibiotics and toxic drug allocation (>+18Pa), two more (>+25Pa), one more (>+10Pa).
The allocation of general drugs and parenteral nutrition drugs is (+20 Pa), two more (+15 Pa) and one more (+10 Pa).

II A2 series biosafety cabinet air 70% cycle, 30% discharge outdoor; built-in fan for both air supply and exhaust; working area negative pressure, no pollution leakage.
IIB2 series biosafety cabinet exhaust 100% of the air outdoors, 70% of them from the top of the cabinet air intake, 30% from the positive operating port; built-in fan is only used for air supply, exhaust fan needs external connection; working area negative pressure, no pollution leakage.

Design two sets of exhaust system
Firstly, the exhaust air of biosafety cabinet includes 5 independent external exhaust fans of II A2 safety cabinet and 2 independent external exhaust fans of II B2 safety cabinet.
Secondly, room ventilation, antibiotics and toxic drugs allocation room, cancer drug allocation room and auxiliary room share a room ventilation cabinet.
Differential Pressure Control Scheme
The pressure difference control scheme is to maintain a certain difference between the air supply and the air discharge in a clean room with a certain leakage area, which will produce a pressure difference. When the air discharge is larger than the air supply, a negative pressure difference will be formed.
The constant air volume valve is designed to keep the air supply in each room constant, and the pressure-independent valve is designed: the electric venturi valve regulates the exhaust air volume to respond to the change of state, and makes the exhaust air volume larger than the supply air volume, so as to form a negative pressure difference.
The Scheme of Adjusting Room Exhaust Volume
The adjustment of exhaust air volume is realized by controlling the opening of Venturi valve according to the variation of room pressure difference. When the absolute value of the pressure difference is greater than the set value, it shows that the exhaust air should be adjusted to reduce the exhaust air, while when the absolute value of the pressure difference is less than the set value, it shows that the exhaust air is insufficient, the opening of the air valve should be increased to increase the exhaust air.
